OUR POLICIES
Service terms.
Effective October 3, 2026
These terms describe the early-access SiteOnDeck managed website service. SiteOnDeck is an independently operated service based in Indiana, United States. The public marketing website currently accepts preview inquiries, not automated paid orders. Any paid service will begin only after an authorized business owner receives the offer details, agrees to the subscription, and pays through an approved checkout process.
What the subscription includes
The standard pilot offering is a mobile-responsive website using our approved formats, verified business information, standard pages, a booking link or supported booking setup, hosting with HTTPS, and reasonable routine changes to the same content fields. Customized page design, unrestricted revisions, custom software features, advertising, full SEO campaigns, specialized payment integrations, and bespoke consulting are not included.
Pricing and recurring payments
The introductory pilot offer advertised here is $59 per month with a $0 setup fee, subject to availability and confirmation before purchase. Charges are monthly recurring subscriptions. Pricing can be revised for future purchases, but changes to an active paid plan require notice and applicable agreement. We will identify any applicable taxes and separate third-party charges before checkout.
Owner-provided information and approval
The customer represents that they have authority to act for the business, confirms that business details, licensed claims, services, prices, review excerpts, policies, and provided photos are accurate and may lawfully be published, and agrees to keep key details current. Website previews may use clearly illustrative imagery or sample booking experiences and should not be mistaken for active appointments or confirmed business statements.
Domain names and other services
Customers should register and control their own domain name. Domain purchase, renewal, optional paid third-party scheduling plans, payment processing, and services not included in the written offer are paid separately by the customer. If a customer prefers an existing supported scheduling provider, we generally connect its published booking link rather than migrate its records.
Timing
Publication begins after payment, receipt of necessary approvals and business information, and completion of technical and booking checks. We may offer rapid launches but do not guarantee a specific activation date, appointment volume, customer acquisition, search rank, or business outcome.
Ownership and service access
Customers retain rights to their original business identity, materials, customer-owned content, and separately registered domains. Our reusable platform, templates, and underlying code remain part of our managed service; source-code transfer is not included. When a subscription ends, the hosted website service ends after the paid period. On request, we can provide reasonable copies of customer-supplied text and images where permitted.
Acceptable use
Customers may not use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, infringing, or malicious material. We may pause publication to address confirmed abuse or immediate security risks and will make reasonable efforts to communicate with the account owner.
Cancellation, refunds and outages
The subscription is month-to-month and can be canceled to prevent future renewal. Service continues through the paid period unless terminated for misuse. See the separate cancellation and refund policy. We work to maintain availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation, performance of outside services, or third-party scheduling-provider availability.
Questions and changes
For plan details, support, cancellation or concerns, email nick@siteondeck.com. The subscription checkout or an individual written agreement will identify any additional terms and take precedence where inconsistent. We may revise these public terms for future purchases with an updated effective date.
