Privacy policy.

This policy describes the information handled through the SiteOnDeck marketing website and, where applicable, our managed website subscription service. SiteOnDeck is an independently operated website service based in Indiana, United States. Questions: nick@siteondeck.com.

Information you choose to share

When you email us to request a preview, we receive the email address, business details, public profile links, and any other information you include. We use this to respond, evaluate your website request, and prepare a private business website concept where appropriate. Please do not email passwords, credit card numbers, medical histories, or sensitive customer information.

Public business information

To prepare a preview, we may review information publicly provided by a business, such as its services, address, business hours, and social or appointment-booking links. We aim to distinguish source claims from verified facts and ask the business owner to approve information before production publication. An unclaimed concept preview is not an official website for that business.

Technical information

Our hosting and security providers may process ordinary technical information such as IP addresses, timestamps, and browser request details to deliver the site, detect abuse, and maintain reliability. At launch this marketing website does not deliberately place advertising or analytics tracking cookies or embed third-party ad trackers. This may change, in which case we will update this policy.

Payments

If you subscribe later, payment details are entered into Stripe's hosted payment pages. Stripe handles card data and subscription processing. We receive necessary billing status, customer contact, and transaction records; we do not ask customers to email payment card details. For Stripe's practices, review Stripe's privacy policy.

Booking websites we provide

Our customer websites may use the customer's existing scheduling provider or a separate first-party booking function. For a first-party booking deployment, basic appointment and contact information may be processed on behalf of the business. Specific terms and privacy wording will be confirmed before a customer's live scheduling goes online. No sensitive medical intake information should be sent through general inquiries.

Sharing and retention

We use appropriate service providers for hosting, email, and payments, and may share only the information needed to deliver those services or comply with law. We do not sell customer inquiry information. We retain business inquiries and billing records as reasonably needed for the service, legitimate business operations, and legal obligations; you may request deletion of information when it is no longer required.

We may update this policy when the service changes. The effective date above identifies the current version.
