OUR POLICIES
Cancellation &
refunds.
Effective October 3, 2026
SiteOnDeck sells a recurring managed website service, not physical merchandise. We want billing and cancellation to be straightforward.
No charge to request a preview
A preview request does not create an order or subscription. We do not charge a setup fee for the introductory pilot offering. Paid billing begins only after the customer accepts the offer and completes a secure checkout.
Month-to-month cancellation
You may cancel future renewals at any time by emailing nick@siteondeck.com from your registered business contact address. When the Stripe self-service billing portal is available, cancellation can also be completed there. If you contact us near a scheduled renewal, allow time for processing and retain your cancellation confirmation.
Unless otherwise agreed, cancellation stops future recurring charges but does not immediately remove access already paid for. We ordinarily keep the managed website active through the end of the current paid subscription period, then take it offline. Your separately registered domain remains yours.
Refunds
Subscription fees are normally nonrefundable once a billing period begins, and unused days are not automatically prorated, except where required by law. If we cannot deliver the initial website service after payment despite your providing the necessary information and approvals, contact us promptly so we can resolve the issue or refund the initial service charge. Billing errors or duplicate charges should be reported for investigation and correction.
Other charges
Domain registration, domain renewal, paid third-party booking software, and third-party payment processing are separate costs. Charges paid directly to those providers are governed by their policies, not refundable through SiteOnDeck.
Questions
Contact nick@siteondeck.com with the business name and relevant invoice or subscription reference. Do not email payment card details.
